What does Radr keep?

  1. In your account we keep the email and phone number you sign in with, your name, your bios, country, language and the dates of your consents.
  2. We also keep your plan status and, in “Where you’re signed in”, each phone’s model and when you last used it.
  3. Your goals and the costs in Accounts stay in your account, so they come back if you change phones. Your card, voice, bubble and theme choices stay on the phone. The session is stored there encrypted.
  4. Your “Trip history” (amounts, times, and pickup and drop-off addresses) is always kept in your account for 1 year. “Captures when reading fails” only go to the server if you turn on the switch in Privacy: it’s off by default.
  5. You can see and export all of this in Profile › Settings › Privacy and data.
