How do I delete everything?

  1. If you want a copy, export first (“Export my data”).
  2. Delete the account on the server: steps in “How do I delete my account?”. If you have a subscription, cancel it first on Google Play; deleting the account doesn’t cancel it.
  3. On the phone, your choices (card, voice, bubble, theme) only go away if you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.
  4. Only the payment records are kept, for 12 months, because they’re billing records.
