What does Radr read on my screen?

  1. It only reads trip offers from Uber Driver and Bolt Driver: the text (price, distances, times and addresses) and, if the text isn’t enough, an image of those apps’ screen. The image is read on the phone. Some images may be sent to Radr to improve reading, as the Privacy Policy explains; the others are deleted right away. Then it does the maths and shows the result on top.
  2. It doesn’t read other apps or tap anything for you.
  3. The image is only saved to your gallery if you turn on “Save each offer to the gallery” in Profile › Settings › Advanced: it’s off by default. Apart from the images Radr may send to improve reading, you only send captures if you turn on “Captures when reading fails” in Privacy and data (up to 20 a day, with no names or addresses): that’s off by default too.
  4. You can stop the reading whenever you want: pause Accounts or turn off the radar, in the “Radar” tab.
